  • User-Generated Content (UGC): This refers to the data and materials you upload while using EngagEvents, like game questions, answers, votes, reactions, pictures, and sounds.

You are responsible for the personal data included in the content you submit to EngagEvents events and for the personal data provided by your members in their interaction with your EngagEvents events. EngagEvents will store such personal data only as necessary and as a result of your use of the Services.

This data is logged anonymously and is not linked to your account, thus not identifying you personally. It is retained in our system for one month before deletion

    • Digital Ocean Platform: EngagEvents Services, along with user content and data backups, are securely hosted on the Digital Ocean Platform.
    • Server Locations: Our physical servers are situated in two key Digital Ocean Regions:
      • The “NYC3” Region in North York City, USA.
      • The “LON1” Region in London, United Kingdom.
  • Handling of Payment Data:
    • No Storage of Payment Information: We do not store any credit or bank card information on our servers.
    • Third-Party Payment Processors: For online payments and invoicing, we rely on Stripe and PayPal. Both are Level 1 PCI compliant, ensuring the highest level of security standards in payment processing.

    These measures are part of our commitment to keeping your data secure and private, while providing you with reliable and trustworthy services.
