Our policy is to gather only the essential information from you to ensure the functionality of our services. This includes:

User Generated Information

• Registration Details: This encompasses your name, email address, and billing address.
• User-Generated Content (UGC): This refers to the data and materials you upload while using EngagEvents, like game questions, answers, votes, reactions, pictures, and sounds.

You are responsible for the personal data included in the content you submit to EngagEvents events and for the personal data provided by your members in their interaction with your EngagEvents events. EngagEvents will store such personal data only as necessary and as a result of your use of the Services.

Third-Party Service Providers

• We collaborate with third-party companies or individuals as service providers or business partners to process your account and support our business. These third parties, known as Subprocessors, may offer computing and storage services. You can view our full list of Subprocessors. We ensure that they adhere to data protection standards equivalent to those required of EngagEvents.
• Our use of Subprocessors is to enhance the quality of our Services. We do not sell personal data to these parties.

• Hosting and Data Storage:
  • Digital Ocean Platform: EngagEvents Services, along with user content and data backups, are securely hosted on the Digital Ocean Platform.
  • Server Locations: Our physical servers are situated in two key Digital Ocean Regions:
    • The “NYC3” Region in North York City, USA.
    • The “LON1” Region in London, United Kingdom.
• Handling of Payment Data:
  • No Storage of Payment Information: We do not store any credit or bank card information on our servers.
  • Third-Party Payment Processors: For online payments and invoicing, we rely on Stripe and PayPal. Both are Level 1 PCI compliant, ensuring the highest level of security standards in payment processing.
